I needed something light to dip veggies in the other night. My son is going through a bit of an ‘anti vegetable’ phase and I’m trying all I can to get him to eat them (suggestions welcome!)
Anyway, this took two seconds and it came up a treat.

Ingredients
- Natural yoghurt (I use the Five:am organic natural yoghurt which is full fat and sugar free – the best kind. A good greek yoghurt would work well too)
- Dill fresh or dried
- Juice of half a lemon
- salt and pepper if you choose (I didn’t)

- Mix it all in together. Adjust the amounts to suit your taste. Easy, simple, healthy.
