Tasty dipping sauce
Ingredients
  • Natural yoghurt(I use the Five:am organic natural yoghurt which is full fat and sugar free – the best kind. A good greek yoghurt would work well too)
  • Dillfresh or dried
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • salt and pepperif you choose (I didn’t)
Instructions
  1. Mix it all in together. Adjust the amounts to suit your taste. Easy, simple, healthy.
