Wholefoods Chocolate Icing

heaped tbls or 30g raw cacao

/ 50g raw honey

/ 50g water
Instructions
Put all items in a high speed blender for two minutes. In the thermomix I do speed 4-5 and scrape down the sides a few times.
* For a smoother result soak cashews in water for fifteen minutes before hand and drain before use. Or grind down into a cashew meal.
** Soak the dates in boiling water for five minutes and drain before use for an even smoother result
