Snack Attack Raw Bar (Gluten, Dairy, Egg Free)
Ingredients
  • 1/2cups sunflower seeds
  • 1/4cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/2cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2cup almonds
  • 1/2cup pitted dates
  • 1tablespoon coconut oilmelted
  • 1tablespoon honey
  • 1teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Pulse the almonds, dates, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds a few times everything until it is mixed and clumping.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and pulse again until it forms a dough consistency.
  3. Press into a shallow dish lined with baking paper. Spread evenly. Place in the freezer to harden up and then slice into bars.
Recipe Notes

(I had to add a little more coconut oil because it was a bit dry. Also remember to keep it in the fridge where it will stay hard).
