1 1/2cupfresh sourdough breadcrumbs(can use 1/2 cup quinoa flakes for gluten free option)
2garlic clovescrushed
1heaped tsp Italian herbs
2tblstamari(soy sauce alternative – grab it at the supermarket)
2tblstomato paste or homemade tomato sauce
Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Mix all the ingredients until extremely well combined. If you have a mixer use that. Otherwise use your hands and get down and dirty!
(I used thermomix speed 5 for 30 seconds).
Once fully combined roll into balls – I usually do around the size of a heaped teaspoon, but feel free to make them bigger.
Pop them on a baking tray and coat lightly with olive oil.
Cook in the oven for approx 20 minutes or until browned and cooked through. Enjoy!
