Dairy, Egg and Gluten Free Chicken Crumb
  • 1cup flourflour of choice, including gluten free flour
  • 1/4cup nutritional yeast flakes
  • 1tsp garlic powder
  • 1tsp salt
  1. Mix together all dry ingredients
  2. Coat chicken pieces with the mix (I used thigh)
  3. Cook in olive oil in a pan (cover the entire base of the pan with oil and don’t overheat!)
