Butterflied Chicken and Salad
Ingredients
  • 1 whole chicken
  • 1 zucchini
  • half an onion
  • handful of watercress(chopped in tmx speed 7.3 seconds)
  • salt
  • olive oil
Instructions
  1. Bake on a bed of zucchini, onion and watercress for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. Make sure to spread it over the top with salt and olive oil.
  2. You can also make a salad of watercress, avocado, tomato, cucumber, sauerkraut and balsamic and the baked zucchini. Deeeeeelicious!
