Butterflied Chicken and Salad
Ingredients

whole chicken
1
zucchini
half an onion
handful of watercress
(chopped in tmx speed 7.3 seconds)
salt
olive oil
Instructions
Bake on a bed of zucchini, onion and watercress for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. Make sure to spread it over the top with salt and olive oil.
You can also make a salad of watercress, avocado, tomato, cucumber, sauerkraut and balsamic and the baked zucchini. Deeeeeelicious!
