Today I added it to 100% brown rice Rice Crackers and sliced a tomato on top (I get the rice cakes from Coles). Yum, it tastes like salsa. But I’m still feeling a bit peckish so I’m going to mix more guac through some mixed leaves, cherry tomatoes and tuna.

Really the opportunities are endless – you could add feta/tuna/chicken to the rice cakes if you love cheese or want some protein.
