Now, you know I’m not a nutritionist but I do know what to do when I’m feeling my jeans button getting a little tighter…. I eat better and I move more. For me, eating better means letting go of some cheeky habits that can creep in #hellofestiveseason #perfectionisimpossible and eat more fresh food. It means letting go of night time Netflix sessions so I’m not too tired for a morning walk. It means choosing veggies over bread. You get the drill. Simple.
