Here’s how to prepare for the challenge:


BORING (but necessary) STUFF

Head to your inbox NOW and make sure you put the confirmation email in your Primary Folder. Inboxes are tricky these days so let’s make sure that the declutter info get’s to you. You want to make sure I’m not marked as spam.



Commit to 10 minutes per day for five days to watch a short video, complete a simple task and then sit back and allow the effects of your action to wash over you. By Day 5 you’ll be amazed at just how spacious life can feel.
