What’s not to love about a bliss ball? It’s a ball of bliss, it satisfies when I want ‘a hit’, the kids eat them.
I’ve got my Not-Too-Sweet Choc Almond Bliss Balls here, but today it’s cashews. I really like the effect when you grind the cashews right down into nut butter. It makes the balls so moist and delicious.
There are stacks of options and so much wholefood healthy yum to be had, you just can’t really go wrong. Put some wholesome ingredients into your blender and whiz!
