Tonight my Simple Stirfry with grated zucchini, broccoli and carrot and leftover roast chook.
So tasty with a sauce made of 4 pantry staple ingredients. You do not need the store bought stuff when it's this easy!
Have you made it? With which veggies???

Tanya FrenchYes I've made it and served with rice and I'm a bit of a purist on that I just like all green veges together so we did broccolini and snow peas. It's on the menu plan for next week with noodles.

I remember lots of days where I felt 'touched out' when the kids were really little.
I feel that so much less these days.
She had a sore tummy tonight (madly texting Mum about signs of appendicitis!) and it's in moments like this when I think there's nothing a mothers cuddle can't fix.
It's a magical phenomenon. Don't you think?

Kristie TonkinBeautiful, I still crave hugs from my Dad when having a tough time or my Mum when not well

Annie PettittMy boys came back from their Dad today and the little one (2.5yrs) had a cold. He just wanted hugs. I did much of my shopping pushing the trolley (containing the almost 5 year old as well as the weeks groceries) with one hand, and cuddling him with the other arm. #worthit

Catriona MontgomeryI thought I was the only one "touched out" when my kids were young. I'm a very affectionate person but even I couldn't handle their physical neediness sometimes. Now they are 9 and 14 and we still cuddle lots but never too much

Caroline AafjesLots of sore tummies going around at the moment. My little Miss 4 came up to me the other day and said "Can I have a hug? Hugs make everything everything feel better mummy". Can't argue with that!

Tanya FrenchI was run of my feet at school fundraiser on the weekend and my little ones were running around and my youngest walked in and said "mummy .... cuddle?" 💔 I cuddled the heck outta that kid. 😍

Bec PollockHope she feels better soon. It works both ways! Cuddles with my kids are often the best relief from stress. They instinctively know when I need a big hug.

Rebecca MyjerTotally! We've been smoked by stomach bugs the last 2 weeks and hugs have been high on the priority list! Back to preschool today so hopefully I achieve something on MY list.
